A) All-Inclusive Option
Simple Sign offers our customers an all-inclusive sign package for Residential Real Estate signs.
This all-inclusive sign package includes everything from: Sign printing, sign installation, and a free/optional sign removal service. We offer a free sign removal service, which allows our company to reuse/recycle various sign materials and do our part to reduce our impact on the environment.
The price for a 2′ x 3′ sign will be $140, per sign, plus tax. This includes:
- Sign printing of a 2′ x 3′ 6mm Coroplast Sign (double sided)
- Sign installation on single post primed white frame
- Installed sign photo sent to the customer
- Free/optional sign removal.
**Note Travel Fees for outside lower mainland not included
B) Post Only Option
Have your own sign inserts already? Simple Sign also offers just post installations as a service.
The price for a L Post Frame will be $105, per frame, plus tax. This includes:
- Installation of single post with 2×4 primed white frames
- Eye screws installed into the frame for fast and easy insert installation by customer
- Installed post photo sent to the customer
- Free/optional post removal.
**Note Travel Fees for outside lower mainland not included.

Terms and Conditions
• If installation is not feasible upon first attempt, due to site conditions, return trip fees will be applied on the follow-up attempt.
• Simple Sign will produce signage based on submitted files or approved templates. Final proofing is the full responsibility of the customer, including accuracy of
spelling/text.
• It is the owner/property manager’s responsibility to ensure adequate spacing is available to install the type of signage ordered at the address indicated.
• General site conditions will be assumed via Google Street view if not provided when ordering.
• If conditions differ from site photos provided or what is shown on Google Street view, this information will be required prior to installation. If not, the anticipated
installation location may need to be changed.
• Specific requests of exact placement of signage, on property lines, are required prior to install and marked up on photos showing current site conditions.
• Free sign removal does not include travel fees, if applicable.
• Simple Sign does not offer Sign face / frame storage as an option upon removal.
• Full payment required prior to installation.
